My name is Ingrid and I moved out to Denver, CO after graduating from UW-Madison in 2020. I have always loved baking and had a lot of time to practice when Covid-19 hit. The challenge of making everything without dairy or gluten was exciting and fun to experiment with. When I started nailing the recipes I decided to share my baked goods with everyone, even the people who are rarely able to enjoy sweet treats due to dietary restrictions.
